4.5 Day

On the last Wednesday of each month, we only work in the morning and leave at 1 PM. 
This time can be used for personal errands like medical appointments, banking, or visiting government offices, tasks typically requiring a day off.
The last Wednesday of each month is also designated as "Culture Day," offering free or discounted access to major cultural facilities nationwide, so enjoy a healthy leisure day!
 

Half-Day and Quarter-Day Leave System

To offer flexibility, we operate a system where you can take full-day, half-day, or quarter-day leaves based on the standard 8-hour workday;

• Full-day leave is 8 hours
• Half-day leave is 4 hours
• Quarter-day leave is 2 hours. 

At Wishcompany, we encourage the use of leave without the need to specify a reason, promoting a free and supportive vacation culture.
 

Refresh Leave (Long-Term Service Reward Leave)

Long-serving team members are supported with additional leave to thank them for their dedication. 
Use this refresh leave to recharge and we look forward to seeing you revitalized!
 

Early Start

If needed, you can adjust your start time before the regular working hours begin at 10 AM. 
This flexibility allows for personal appointments and specific job requirements, enabling you to leave work earlier too.
 

Half-Day Work Before Holidays

The day before a holiday break, work is only required in the morning to allow employees with distant hometowns to travel comfortably. 
To ensure you have a more generous holiday with your loved ones, we also provide holiday bonuses and gifts.
